James is also a member of FALI (Florida Association of Licensed Investigators). James is currently licensed as a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, State of Florida Firearms Instructor, State of Florida Security Instructor , Private Investigator, and Security Officer.

Cynthia is a decorated disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corps whose career included balancing the Marine Corps budget. More recently, Cynthia has been a practicing Paralegal for several years working with some of the premier law firms in South Florida.
